Small Shafts & Pins .030" to .300" Diameter turned on our 12mm CNC Swiss up to 4.00" in length out of most materials
Mid sized Shafts .093" to .500" Diameter turned on our 16mm & 20mm CNC Swiss up to 8.00" long
Large Shafts up to 1.00" Diameter and maximum length determined by the length of the bar are turned on our 25mm CNC Swiss. The longest shaft turned to date is 72.00". Many of our Swiss machines have been rebuilt and modified with new controls and capabilities by us to produce long and unusual turned parts with close tolerances and demanding TIR requirements.
