We design special processes to shape or bend

pins or shafts. Either on the automatic or on specially designed secondary
machines. We can bend and shape pins as small as .020" in diameter and
shafts up to .250" in diameter. We also do thread rolling up to .250" in diameter
Precision assembly of shafts with rollers, sleeves, bushings or bearings are performed on our specially designed assembly machines.
Press fit of pins, staking of pins and rivets and threaded assembly can be performed.
