Turned diameters down to .005" and lengths as short as .020" are made on our CNC and Cam Escomatics
We have factory built CNC Escomatics and our own specially designed and built CNC Escomatics. This enables us to make very intricate esco type parts in both high and low volume production and short run prototype efficiently. The largest diameter run on our Escomatics is .250"
Many of our parts need to be inspected under magnification. We are equipped to produce and inspect very small complex and close tolerance miniature pins, shafts, and other very small parts.
Our Escomatics can be bar fed or coil fed for greater efficiency on high volume production.
