Our CNC Turning and Machining Centers are used to complement our
Swiss and
Escomatic machines by providing additional machining capabilities for
our Customers.
Many of our CNC Turning machines have been designed and built by us for special applications and secondary operations. Our turning capability is 1.750" Diameter thru the spindle and 4.00" Chucking Diameter.
Our CNC Vertical Machining Centers are used both as secondary
operation machines and primary operation machines. Most of our milling and drilling is on small parts ranging from .0625" up to
4.00".
We mill and turn most materials including plastic and specialty alloys.
